I had a great experience with the Nampa group. They were very caring and understood my thoughts and feelings. They took the time to explain my options and to help me with financial possibilities. I'm looking forward to going back and get started with my procedures. I would like to thank some of the staff for their help and they are Dr. Sung, Autumn Veesart, Teresa, Tanner and Emily. These people made my visit very pleasurable. Thank you all.

I had a unique dental situation that was completely out of my control, and my only option was to move forward with bridges to replace my canines. Dr. Sung and his team were incredibly patient, compassionate, and supportive throughout the entire process, especially in working with me through my dental anxiety. They took the time to explain things, move at a pace I was comfortable with, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. At my final appointment, they genuinely shared in my relief and happiness that this chapter was finally behind me, which meant a lot. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Sung and the entire team. A special thank you as well to Autumn, the office manager, who is always so helpful, welcoming, and pleasant every time I see her.

I've been in the dental field for 10 years and let me tell you this was the best experience ive ever had. You would think snice I am in the dental field myself I wouldn't be nervous 😓 but yet I was. Dr.Kutin and his dental assistant Lili were very gentle and fast they both reassured that everything would be okay and they put on some of my favorite music on to relax me. I didnt feel the shot and they were definitely on it ! And thanks to Autumn she called me in sooner because they had a cancelation so at the end of the day I got out earlier than planned which is always nice! thank you guys for understanding and giving me good quality dental care 😊

I called Aspen demtal after getting them off a google search for dental pain i was in they got me in the same day not even am hour later and for free. So I get there wait about 15 minutes before they got me into the back took a bunch of x-rays like 18 of my mouth gave me a tube of Rx toothpaste for very sensitive teeth did a full exam by the hygienist and then the dentist did a full examination of my mouth. Then he made a full plan from filling cavities getting me two extractions and 3 crowns and a partial denture. They where very gentle and aware of my anxiety. He offered me anxiety medication 💊 for my next visit and was just so careful and you can tell he really cared!!! They where amazing kind and very compassionate to me and my needs while in his chair. Visited this office for the first time. Had an awful experience from the start with Katina with X-rays as her own breath smelled like lack of flossing. Then with Dr Sung and later with his treatment coordinator. I find dr sung to not care about his patients probably because of this office being a corporate he has very little empathy and diagnoses for deep cleanings even though I had 2-3 probing depths. The assistant was on her phone throughout this office and multiple assistants were having personal conversations out loud and laughing as if the office wasn’t busy, discussing alcoholic drinks and weekend plans. Just to say I will be letting my friends and anyone else I can tell to avoid this office. They don’t care about your health, everyone is the same and all dentures look the same n
