Aspen Dental - Temple, TX

So far this is the best and most friendly dentist office i have ever been to, I tend to have bad anxiety when going to the dentist but from the start i didnt get that feeling with them even when making the appointment they understood and respected my feelings and thats something hard to come by in most places now and days, they didnt push me into anything I didnt want. Even the people doing x rays listen to you as well plus the guy at the end when you are doing your payments and planning was really friendly. If I could give 10 stars for the service they gave me I would.

Aspen Dental made my extreme pain go away!!! DR. P THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING ME!!! I cracked my tooth while eating lunch on Friday. I was assuming that my pain would have to last till Monday. However, I was wrong. Aspen was able to squeeze me in and take care of me!!! Everyone at that office is AMAZING!!!!

The visit was quite disappointing. Even though I had an appointment, I still ended up waiting for more than an hour, which made it seem like they don’t really follow their scheduled times. On top of that, the copay was much higher than what I expected, both compared to my insurance estimate and to what other clinics usually charge for the same services. It was frustrating because there wasn’t much explanation or transparency about it. I truly value good dental care, but I also believe professionalism, clear communication, and respect for patients’ time are just as important. Unfortunately, this clinic fell short in those areas. All I can say is that I went in for tooth pain this afternoon Monday 9-22-25 at 2:30 and was done by 3:45 and I had 2 teeth pulled. I was aware one wisdom tooth was going to have to come out and not surprised the one in front had to go as well. The staff was incredible from top to bottom. The front desk was so kind and helpful. Miss Karol the assistant was extremely kind and informative as to what was going on and what I needed to do post dental work. Dr. Pete was amazing. The injections were not even uncomfortable and he literally had both teeth pulled out in I would assume less than 10 minutes. I didn’t feel a thing and also felt nothing when he sewed up the opening. I can’t imagine the whole procedure from start to finish took more that 15 minutes after the numbing. I would give more

Wasn't made aware my first appointment would be nothing more than a checkup. As someone that works two jobs, I would have appreciated being made aware of this prior to my appointment so I could make arrangements at another office where they are staffed properly with hygienist to accommodate this issue. Instead I wasted a day of work and now have to take another day off to go back and get done what was supposed to be done at my first appointment. I then had to pay in order to even schedule a second appointment. Fast forward to two days before my appointment I paid to schedule and I get a call that they will have to reschedule me again for another day, after again, I've already asked off for the day I scheduled my appointment. Mind you this was after they sent me a text requesting more mone
