I decided to try Aspen Dental in Topsham having lost dental insurance in 2025. I started under their annual plan and was impressed with the speed and accuracy during my full mouth X-rays. The dentist came next and knowing I had a tooth that needed big attention I was thrilled to learn her name was Dr. Divine. A little divine intervention was much needed as I had been traumatized in the past with a tooth extraction. She was calm and reassuring and told me my options without judgment or pressure. By some luck I was able to have my teeth cleaned the next day. What I noticed is everyone working there that I encountered is happy, helpful and kind. As a new patient at Aspen Dental, I am thoroughly impressed with the friendly, professional and thorough manner in which I was treated today. I believe a 20 ⭐️ rating is more accurate at this practice! I initially dealt with Kim to schedule my appointment, met Laurie and Amanda who all were extremely helpful with everything across the board. Erin did an excellent job with my X - rays, and Dr. Devine examined and outlined what work which was needed, as well as explaining the reasons in depth. A true professional, and a pleasure to work with, too. Lastly, Mark did a fantastic job with the breakdown of costs, insurance coverage and scheduling all of my appointments. Had a deep cleaning (scaling) done today by Taylor. I was so dreading it. I have experienced trauma at the dentist before so I would probably do just about anything rather than go to dentist. Taylor was great, explained everything, went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Great job and experience! Thank you Taylor!

The people there were great! BUT It's a corporation and it's about making money... I usually go to private practices which take very good care of their patients... This place had so many add-ons after just the initial visit it was disgraceful especially to people who don't really understand that they don't need the add-ons... my routine cleaning was gonna cost about $600 with all the add-ons!

I have been coming to the topsham location for years ! Laurie, Mark, Taylor and Dr. Devine are amazing. Always professional, polite, understanding and most important gentle! I always feel very welcome!!
