Aspen Dental - Watertown, NY

Upon arrival-patients did not appear to be stressed while waiting to be called. Office, exam rooms, counters, instruments are clean, up to date, and organized. Front desk personnel-organized and in control, very little wait time. Dental assistant-knowledgeable with good listening ability. She is good at taking x-rays. Dr. -displayed excellent character and knowledge, not rushed. Billing presenter- provided several payment options and was patient with me. Of great importance and not to be overlooked is the demeanor of the patients leaving. There was no evidence when patients left that they were showing signs of agitation.

Love this place! Everyone, especially Liv, made my visit so fun and easy. They listen and make you feel at ease, heard, and not rushed! They are extremely thorough, so if you have any problems, they will definitely find out what's wrong and work with you on fixing it! Thanks for the great visit! I've had an extremely bad experience with my past dentist, so I was nervous to find a new one. Not anymore; I have finally found my forever dentist. ♡♡ The whole staff at Aspen Dental are the best!!

Had a great experience with the staff, was all very wonderful. I warned the surgeon that I don't do well with IV caths, I usually have nurses do the IV on my left as the vein is better, he did it in the right and went right through the vein entirely. This could have been my fault because I may have moved and not realized it, so I asked if he wanted to try the left one instead. That worked fine we proceeded. Then post op. I was really groggy and still coming out from general anesthesia, freaking out trying to get someone to help me put my coat on, and instead of trying to calm me down, I was told I needed to quiet down because of the other patients. Kept being told "You can't cry like that, there are other patients." For fear that I'd scare the other people in the facility that were being
