Aspen Dental - Webster, NY

I had an outstanding experience at Aspen Dental - Webster. As a 100% permanently and totally disabled U.S. Army veteran, I deal with severe anxiety, especially in medical and dental settings. I was extremely nervous walking into my appointment. Medical Dental Assistant Rose and Dr. U were absolutely incredible. They were patient, professional, calm, and understanding from start to finish. They never made me feel rushed or judged. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. What I feared would be overwhelming turned out to be quick and painless. Their compassion and professionalism truly made all the difference for me. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and the awesome job you did. I highly recommend this team

Rose was great. She took stays and educated me on what was going on in my mouth. The doctor came in and was informative and efficient. I felt comfortable and will be back to get cleanings done at this specific location.

The staff are super friendly, nice and helpful. Everyone from the lady at reception, to Lily who took my X-rays/helped the Doctor, the Doctor who told me how my teeth are doing after many years of not visiting the dentist, and the lovely man who cleaned my teeth later.
