My experience today was extremely confusing and a complete waste of time and money. The staff is unprofessional, unorganized, and not transparent and honest in their operations. First the lady at the intake suggests I commit fraud to lower the cost, due to me being a single household and my income. From there I’m met with a dental student that doesn’t seem to able to honestly and accurately respond to my questions or treatment needed. I walked out in more pain than I came in with. And received zero treatment. When told I’d be prescribed something for my pain I waited over 30 minutes for a doctor to walk out with a business card that had Tylenol and Ibuprofen dosages on it. Also to anyone seeking a root canal. They are booked about 5-6 months out and referring patients elsewhere. So what

They will tell you come in .. and not see you . They will turn you around . I came in on a Saturday at 11 am there are no cars outside the building but they said they were full and I walked in at 10:50 am you all don’t close till 12 am . That’s crazy . 1/10

I hesitated when giving the truth with Google simply asking for my review. But I am going to give the most ultimate truth there is. Greetings were exceptional upfront entrance and at the check-in. Thank you for your kindness. But I was ignored by 1 student trying to simply ask a question and she acted like I didn't exist so I excused myself and sat back down until my daughter and me were called back. Everything went well. The doctors made us feel comfortable and they were knowledgeable but again another black (women) student whom had to speak with my daughter. I sensed her vibes were off as she walking back and forth doing other duties and I noticed but I really didn't want to think anything of it nor cared because I assumed she probably was stressed from her duties and myself already was

I have been a patient at AT Still for years and my experience was pretty good at first but for the last year or more it has been horrible. The communication is constantly getting worse no matter how much I complain to upper management. I have desperately been looking for somewhere new to go to get my dental work completed because the time waiting on these people to get back with you has become ridiculous. I guess because the business is in the hood and they give discounted prices. Not cool. I’m trying to take care of serious business.

I was referred to this business because I’m on Medicaid. Called multiple times during business hours only for the line to ring and ring.
