I’ve been incredibly disappointed with the experience I’ve had trying to retrieve my certified medical records. My attorney has been waiting over two months, and despite multiple follow-ups, there’s been no resolution. I was treated at a location in Decatur, off Glenwood and Columbia Drive, that was extremely unprofessional and unsettling. The surrounding area felt unsafe, and even the staff acknowledged how difficult it is to get a response when they request records. What’s worse is that I’m now being told my records are housed in Stockbridge, without any explanation why they weren’t upfront about this from the beginning. This entire situation feels misleading. Every time I called to get information, I was brushed off and handed an email that no one ever replies to. Had I known how poorly

I just started treatment and the ladies in the office have been so welcoming and professional. Dr. Smith is so knowledgeable about chiropractic care. All the ladies in the office need a raise. I was in so much pain and they got me a referral to an orthopedic immediately. I would recommend ASIC Rehab to everyone!
