Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Orthopaedic Urgent Care - High Point

Everyone was very polite and professional. Rachel explained everything until I could understand and knew exactly what the problem was. She gave me a shot in my hip and I've not had any problems since. I would recommend them to anyone with back issues.

Dr. Fleder is the best!!! He did both my dad's hip surgeries. He had no problems. He put my leg back together from the knee down and he did a great job! You can't tell I have plates, screws, and carbon rods.

Their website states “walk-in injury care, no appointments needed.” This place is not an urgent care. Receptionist smirked at her colleague when I asked if this is an urgent care, appointments only weeks out. Receptionist must have her doctorate in medicine because she said my pain wasn’t urgent enough to see a doctor. Horrible place. Avoid like the plague. If you want amazing ortho care go to emergortho.

This is not an urgent care. Sat here for 1.5 hours with a broken foot to be completely forgotten about. And paid $94 copay to sit here in pain.

I was totally satisfied with this appointment….the doctor & staff were very informative….
