The Copley OBGYN department is phenomenal! Great, kind staff at the front, and a very knowledgeable care team. Cortney Ensor is the best professional I have ever seen at an OBGYN office. She is patient, kind, and very knowledgeable- she takes the time to explain patients questions and concerns. After having a terrible IUD experience at a different office, she made sure this one would be nothing like before. Thank you to the wonderful care team! I am grateful to be a patient here.

The new location is very nice and well designed. Very kind lab staff who made me feel comfortable by explaining everything in depth.

It is so frustrating the amount of paper that is wasted when checking in at the lab. There can be nobody in line and yet you still are asked to write your name and DOB on a piece of paper merely for the tech to type what I just wrote 5 seconds earlier down into the computer to be thrown in the shredder 10 seconds later. Completely unnecessary.
