I’m giving 4 stars because my provider was very kind and professional. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I couldn’t give five stars because the receptionist was very rude and nasty, being passive aggressive to me when I walked in and this was my first time here. Please train your staff to be more welcoming and not take a bad day out on other patients! Especially since you don’t know people’s day to day lives or circumstances☺️!

I am very pleased with the service and the professionalism that I received in the office, they were courteous and I didn't have to wait more than 3 minutes to see the doctor, he is very knowledgeable and a gentleman.i would recommend it to my friends.

It was a great experience being our first time here. Everyone on the staff was courteous and accommodating! My only thing parking in the area is rough to find. Otherwise all was good! Thanks

Was seen pretty quickly. Audiologist gave me an exam. The expected mild to moderate hearing loss. Choice of hearing aid made. But not clear on how it is purchased. Called Union. Being sent a claim form. That's how it went. Will get the hearing aids in due time.

my visit was so quick n easy the front desk receptionists were very nice the staff explained everything n i was very pleased with your care n concern tysm will be recommending you to all my friends who need your services again tysm!!!
