Dr. Landry is beyond phenomenal. She is thorough, professional, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. I could go on and on, but honestly, there isn't an adjective to say just how special she is. She educated us on so much and presented many options to us. She tested my mother's hearing. She examined her ears to make sure there were no physical issues. She fitted her for custom earpieces. I am screaming from every rooftop how caring Audibel is about their customers.
My wife and I both purchased hearing aids last year. This was a follow up appointment. The technician that assisted us Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. She is both personable and professional. She listens to watch and respond to any problems that we may present. We are both very satisfied with our purchase
I love the personal attention that you receive. Katie is great. I also like the prompt response to a problem. The reminder call about the appointment also helps. You are also allowed to try out the hearing aids prior to purchase and after purchase you are scheduled during the year for check ups and maintenance. Great follow up!
I recently went to Audibel on Goodwood Blvd to get a new hearing aid. I have been a user of hearing aids my entire life and have been to many hearing aid clinics. The staff at Audibel are extremely knowledgeable about treating hearing loss. They are always accommodating to my schedule and go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Megan, who works at the front desk, is always so polite and positive on the phone as well as during my visits. My provider Katie has worked with me during my appointments to make sure my hearing aid is adjusted to my liking. I would absolutely recommend Audibel to anyone who wants to improve their quality of life by hearing better.
Each visit has been swift with no wait to get in. EVERYONE has been very helpful and shows sincere concern over my needs. This has been a VERY POSITIVE experience for me as I've been fitted with my first set of hearing aids. RECOMMENDED.
