Doctor was really nice, but should not have said that hearing aids wouldn’t hurt my ears, So I lost money because of it, they require 50% deposit right away to order them then balance on delivery, But return them and your told, the refund comes soon no set date or even an idea of how soon

Several weeks ago I went to an event where 4 exceptional Audiologists, were speaking about the latest progress in helping those of us that have Tinnitus. Jennifer Ratner, one of the 4, was not only very knowledgeable, but spoke with her heart, It was clear to me she loves what she does, helping others. I had my first appointment with her today. It was all that I hoped for, and more. She got me up and going with my hearing aids, using the latest technology, They never worked better!. and gave me great guidance in managing my Tinnitus. I am already benefiting from the 1 + hours we spent together, with both Tinnitus and much more clear and better hearing:) I totally recommend Jennifer Ratner! She's an awesome person and really smart in her specialized field of work.

I appreciate the professionalism shown by Dr. Golding, Au.D during my two visits. She was patience and took time to answer my questions. Dr. Golding was thorough while explaining and demonstrating the proper use of my new hearing aids. Again thank you for your kindness and thoughtfulness while working with a new patient. Whether you want to have your hearing tested or you already know you need a hearing aid, Michelle O'Shay is a wonderful audiologist! She is patient, caring and extremely thorough, both in diagnosing a problem and recommending a solution. In addition, she is a great communicator. Audiology Associates of Westchester is fortunate to have her on their team.

Dr. Simmons was extremely supportive, professional and patient with me as a first time hearing aid patient. We worked together for 2+months to identify a device that would provide me with the best experience that included comfort, feature set and technology. She works to ensure my appointments with her fit my work schedule and is responsive to any email questions I’ve had. Both my wife and I are impressed with the experience we’ve had with Dr. Simmons!
