I called ahead of time and was told they accept walk-ins. I spoke to a receptionist for over 20 minutes about the issue. When I did go to the office, the receptionist acted as if she owned the place and would not even allow the audiologist to see me without an appointment. She said that everyone has to speak and only me if they want to get in here to me only because I am in charge. She so rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. Beware of this place? I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. Apparently, they do not care or give a damn about customers by having a guard at the desk demanding an appointment but yet claim they accept walk ins

I absolutely LOVE Carrie and all of the other sweet ladies at Hearing Innovations!! They are always extremely pleasant and helpful. Also very accommodating!!! I stopped for batteries today and didn’t have an appointment, but Carrie came out to greet me, and went back to check and clean my hearing aids and everything for me!!!! Very grateful for their help and appreciate their great personalities!!! Highly recommend this place if you are looking to hear better!!! ☺️

Given a new patient appointment within one day upon calling. Extremely courteous staff and providers. Greeted immediately with a smile. The staff understood my mother in law has Dementia. The Audiologist recognized and understood very quickly what was going on with her hearing aids. Being a new patient, I was astounded with the small bill at the end of visit. I was not only satisfied but my mother in law could hear again with a better fitted ear piece. Highly recommend Hearing Innovations.

A great experience thus far! Friendly knowledgeable and very comfortable. No pressure or pushing you to buy anything. Was very surprised with the personal treatment overall a great appointment for something most of us don't particularly want to face. Very happy with my decision!

My appointment was for 1:50 and was home by 2:40. The friendly staff and doctors at Hearing Innovators were courteous and prompt on services rendered. They examined my ears and cleaned them out (minimal pain), as well as checked and cleaned the Starkey Muse hearing aids. Ample accessories at reasonable prices on hand. Been there 5+ years and will continue to do so. Thank you.
