All of the staff I interacted with at this office were absolutely wonderful. The front desk, the nurse, Dr. Ward, the phlebotomist, EVERYONE. They were very prompt and knowledgeable, and Dr. Ward made sure to give me the opportunity to ask any questions I had without feeling like I was being rushed (you know how some dr visits can be 😅).

Had a very nice day, even though it was pouring down rain outside. All the ladies were nice & sweet. Rebecca, Pat, Wendy, & the lady that took my vitals. (Forgot your name, sorry). And, a big shout out to Dr.Ward !! Great Doctor 👍

PA Catherine is awesome. She is very attentive, didn’t rush and made sure she listened to my mother’s concerns. My mother felt seen and heard.
