My pharmacy could not get my prescription due to fedex slow delivery so my pharmacy called AUSTINS and they not only filled the balance of my much needed med but delivered them the same day. That is a wonderful pharmacy and pharmacist named Kim. Thank you so much. You were a life saver. Kim, you are so kind and caring. I always buy my walkers from Austin and get the wonderful service . You all are wondeful. Too bad you're not going to be in my insurance network for 2026. Thanks again.

Mike, in the Service Department, is wonderful. He has repaired my husband's electric motor vehicle twice and is prompt, professional and very personable! That department is also very pleasant on the telephone I think it was "Benjamin" with whom I spoke.

Austin Pharmacy has been a Godsend to my family. There is nothing they can't provide for elder care and are incredibly helpful with every possible need. The staff is courteous and respectful. I highly recommend them.

OSTOMY PATIENTS BEWARE OF THIS SUPPLIER !! I did not choose Austin Medical Supplies in Maryland, as my hospital made the arrangements following my ostomy surgery. Had I known then what I know now I never would have accepted them as a provider. Here's why; 1) I frequently received shipments of ostomy pouches that were late, and this is not a medical item you can live without. 2) On a few occasions I received pouch supplies that Austin ordered from Coloplast, a completely different manufacturer that was not intended to be used with Hollister products. Again, the correct replacements were ordered but were delivered late 3) Austin's representatives kept leaving and I was frequently dealing with someone new, but never informed about the transition. There appears to be a lack of stability at Aus
