The staff from most to least are excellent at all times. The care has been consistent and the compassion and kindness from their doctors are brilliant !! We are a family that is involved with our father’s care visiting the facility every day and we are a witness to the five star excellence!

Several times my dad who is no longer mobile was left alone without help. Only to finally be left one last time in a bathroom, alone, wet after a shower with no towel and no one to help him. The food was terrible, on par with prison food or a mess hall after being reprimanded. He came for rehab only to leave with absolutely zero progress. Phyliss was the sole angel of the location. Phyliss THANK YOU if not for you, I dont think my dad would have survived this location. Yall ought to be ashamed of how your staff treats the elderly. If you care about your family, don't send them here

THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE AND ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, DO NOT LET THE OUTSIDE FOOL YOU, ONCE YOU GO THROUGH THOSE DOORS’ THE URINE SMELL JUST SLAPS YOU IN THE FACE, the tightness and hot temperature just adds to the filth, with peeling paint and packing folks in like a refugee camp, IT IS’ AS THE MAINTENANCE PERSON SAID “they just want clients” even the ENT’S that came to rescue my darling, praised us for wanting to leave I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE IN THE “CARING” field !YUCK! We do a monthly church service and today the dining room needed to be cleaned up in order for us to start. The staff worked efficiently to get it done & residents back . Great job!

Bots or employees contributing to the 5 star review system to boost the rating. This place is awful. Horrible urine smell throughout the facility. Guests left unattended in the hallways needing help. Dirty and run down with staff that DO NOT care about the guests.
