Our adult child has been very happy with the service they have received. Except for one employee, who was let go as soon as we made a complaint she had fallen asleep, we have been thrilled with the care our family has received. This is a difficult job, but very meaningful to those who need it. Although weekend staff is hard to find, we have been fortunate to have Anabelle who has been with us for almost three years. Her insight, dedication, and compassion has taken our adult child from the end of the Covid crisis, being scared to leave the house, to enjoying their time together. We are forever grateful to all those that have worked with our family, as well as the administrative staff. Love this company! Being a single working mom with two special needs teens i literally could not survive without Aveanna @ Trevose, pa. Very thorough orientations, clinical staff is always available, on call service 24/7- there is always someone available. Obviously a company that knows what they're doing, delivers, and doesn't cut corners. Got questions? They will get you answers. Got problems? They will find you solutions. Highly recommend!!

This company was not a good service provider for my special needs child. I felt they treated me and the workers unfairly. We switched to UniqueAid where we are much happier and better served. It is a large company and blamed "corporare" for things that went wrong. I had several completely horrible experiences. I recommend lokk elsewhere. I don't recommend to use or work here.

Great agency that delivers reliable home care services. They are always very on top of communication and have reliable staff. They also offer to hire family care members depending upon skill level needed and funding for your care. Would recommend. .
