Highly recommend AVENTURA @Walton Hills. We definitelyThank God for the day we met (Liasions - CJ Rice ))alone with administrator Mrs. Teresa Lane and all the other amazing staff the OT & PT dept. They are trifling here they got mice jumping in the bed on my boyfriend so he jumped out the bed and hurt himself tryna get away. I literally had enough of this place not doing what they supposed to do. Mice should not be a problem in a nursing with the right FUNDING. The mice carry diseases and things people can get bitten scratched and get something. They have raccoons in the walls and ceiling walking you can hear them digging and scratching at the walls .He also said something was biting him in the bed like bugs and he was getting face and skin breakout from it. The sheets are not clean they stuff a 70 pounder washer with over 70 pounds of clothes nothing is coming out clean . This is how people get sick.This new administrator is not doing anything to make it better . Since she been her

I am a resident here and coming from city view this place is like heaven! The nurses are always prompt and the call light actually works, someone either a nurses aide or the nurse herself will come check on you in the matter of minutes and not hours. The administrator here her name is Angela she is very helpful. If you have any issues with anything or anyone here she will get right on top of it with no questions asked. I mean I couldn’t ask for a better facility to be in. I wouldn’t have a problem with anyone of my family members being here and I wound recommend anyone else that’s looking for a skilled nursing home to come here. The D.O.N. Actually comes out and does work when needed she doesn’t just sit behind a desk and leave her problems to others and last but not least this place
