Edited to add: BEWARE. They lure you in by calling themselves an “Urgent Care” in their description and a Google search will recommend them. THEY ARE NOT AN URGENT CARE. If you show up and they talk to you and explain they have no way of treating you, YOU WILL GET A BILL, even after they tell you to go to Claremore for urgent care and that they will not bill you. This is completely outrageous and fraudulent. They billed my insurance and me (my part was $167) for that conversation. My copay for the actual treatment I received in Claremore (x-rays, wrap, sling and pain meds) was only $130. It truly shocks the conscience. Original Review: It’s not really an urgent care. I had an appointment in order have my anxiety treated the 26th. Upon arrival I was informed that Dr. Lackey was running behind and that this is usual behavior for him. It took about 45 to be taken back to an exam room and another hour and a half to be soon by him (at this point it was around six o'clock.. they close at five.. the apointment was at three forty-five) The other staff working there was extremely apologetic over his behvior which I appreciate and they did explain the reasoning for this. Apparently the doctor arrives late to work and takes a late lunch on a routine basis. One would think that after all this that his bedside manner would be up to par but that would also be incorrect. I haven't been in this office in several years, due to insurance circumstances. I called to got an appointment with them, within 24 hours I was taken care of. From the front desk lady, which went very smoothly, to the whole staff, was quite a surprise. They were very receptive, versed and friendly. I got a new PCP out of the visit, in which she was on point, had tests done, blood work and the young lady that drew my blood work, was the most gentle, experienced technician/nurse, I've ever witnessed, and being an older fellow, I've seen a bunch. The whole place has been remodeled,looks practically brand new,clean as you can ask for, punctual lab area, and very well operated. Thanks ladies for your quick and professional help....

Iit was a really great experience. Misty helped me do a tele visit with Ashley and it went very smoothly. I was nervous about it and because it was so quick and went so smooth I definitely won't hesitate to do a television in the future. Also Angel up front did a great job getting me checked in very quickly. Very good visit!
