One bad encounter among several good visits spoiled it for me. Will never return. The masseuse(s) are great!!! However, the lighter skinned, older receptionist woman got offended I kid you not over a sigh ! Yes, a SIGH. I finished my session at 11:58am. I waited in the rear waiting room from 11:58 to 12:09pm around the corner . I sighed once. It's not a huge waiting area at all, so it may have been loud. I had an appointment elsewhere across town. I respected their time by being there promptly. It would've been nice to have had my time respected also. Nonetheless, after the sigh, the receptionist felt the need to stop her conversation with a patient at the counter regarding a colon service, to come where I was seated around the corner and to berate me for sighing in front of another clien

I never thought our bodies could hold so so much waste. If you only go #2, one -two times a day, You need to come here and get a Colon HYDROTHERAPY SESSIONS. After the first session I felt less bloated, more energy, lighter and overall amazing. The office is clean, well organized and the staff and Dr are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Trevor is an amazing massage therapist! The facilities are immaculate. I emailed Back to Essentials to request an appointment. Ms. Sylvia contacted me within the hour and scheduled me the next day, surprisingly. I had a consultation prior to my service. Trevor found all of my problem areas. Lol. I am 6 weeks post-op and have been on crutches. Trevor shared that my muscles needed service. I told him that he was correct. My doctor just cleared me for PT and massages. I will be back! FYI, I found Back to Essentials on Groupon while searching for a trampoline park for my grandson's birthday party.

Today was a day I will never forget I had my very first yoni steam and ionic foot detox. These beautiful queens made me feel so important addressing my needs and answering my questions. Self care is so important to me and as long as these queens stay in business I will always support. I have many more services that I plan on doing so this is only the beginning to a more healthier journey of self care for me.
