Visited for the first time today and Stephanie made my skin look stunning. I immediately noticed after that my neck looked younger, the graying under my eyes was noticeably reduced, and there was a beautiful glow to my face. I will absolutely be returning!

I have never met Stephanie however I do know of her integrity and honesty. My husband bought me a gift certificate for a facial from a salon with the same name but unbeknownst to him, this salon was in a different state. I contacted Stephanie and explained the problem and she responded promptly with warmth and kindness. She also refunded the money for the gift certificate the very same day. Stephanie is friendly, talented, organized and VERY knowledgeable. I am just visiting town, but when I come back, I will DEFINITELY book a facial and massage with her again. She is an excellent massage therapist and uses hot rocks. To top this off with a facial from a clear expert in her field was a joy. HEer place was warm and inviting and comfortable. I would recommend Balance to anyone. The door to her studio is on the back, outside of the building. Just drive around back and don't go into the office complex itself.

Stephanie is AMAZING!!!! She always knows the perfect treatment for my skin, and she's a pleasure to be around! I've gotten microderms, microchannelling, gold caviar facials, extractions etc. She has so many amazing touches to her treatments - massage, eyebrows, lips.... She custom tailors what you need, and gives great recommendations on products as well. I couldn't recommend her more!
