Dr. Selander is truly a gem of a person and phenomenal physical therapist. She listens to what your concerns are and makes sure that she addresses each of them individually. I am so grateful I came across Balanced Physical Therapy in my search! As my first pregnancy progressed, the pain I was experiencing in my low back and hips was unbearable. My job requires heavy lifting and I am constantly on my feet. The pain was debilitating and I thought I would be forced to stop working earlier than anticipated. So grateful for Dr. Sara! I went in for an evaluation issues with my core and came out with SO much insight and information on my current issues and how to move forward. Dr. Sara showed me exercises that were so helpful for my current needs. My abs are sore in the best way- I didn’t know deep abs existed until now.
