Banks Drugs

Mr banks is very very friendly and helpful. I love the atmosphere of the store. I went in to be fitted for diabetic shoes and I'm so excited to be getting them.i can't wait. I got my diabetic shoes today. Couldn't have been more pleased.i was well over anxious. Thanks to Mr. Banks and the staff for being so kind and friendly.

Have been waiting for my Dr to fax information to banks about my diabetic shoes for 2 weeks. They have my number and still I have heard nothing. Time to call Dr Sawyer Tuesday.

Warning, Warning. They are overcharging you on prescriptions as much as 150% increase. If you pay $10 at Walmart, you will pay $25.00 at Banks Drug. Also, while standing at the pharmacy counter, they avoid you doing make belive work. The young girl in the pharmacy booth has an attitude problem, and she needs an adjustment. Must be owners daughter. The prescription issues, they would rather see you dead than alive.

Pharmacist has been great. The staff is not very friendly and if someone comes in they know they stop communicating with you and you become invisible. Customer service could improve.

Banks is wonderful! They will not let you run out of your medicine unlike big name pharmacies. I live maybe 20-30 miles from the store, and they deliver to my home no problem. All the employees are so helpful, friendly, and polite. They will work to get you reduced prices on medicines that otherwise would be pricey. They also carry some specialty medicines that are difficult to get other places. Their autofill and delivery options make your medicines one less thing you have to worry about!
