I went into this hospital with a severe chiari malformation headache to the point It was crippling, and I couldn't even make it into the ER. Someone had to bring me out a wheelchair once I got into the Er, I was placed in a hallway with no supervision and left unattended for hours. They gave me prochlorperazine. prochlorperazine is a dopamine blocker meant to be given with Benadryl to reduce the side effects of confusion, drowsiness, panic, and all around stress. I was not given the Benadryl to go with this medication, and I was not informed of any of the side effects. I was asleep for almost 4 hours, and I woke up in a sense of impending doom due to the malpractice of not clarifying what they were giving me and how it would affect me. This hospital left me alone for hours in the hallway w

My experience at this hospital was very poor. The nurses were mostly sitting on their phones while my mother was in severe pain and extremely hungry. I asked for help multiple times, but no one took action. There was a clear lack of care, urgency, and compassion. The only nurse who was kind and helpful was Stephanie. She showed empathy and tried to help, and I truly appreciate her. As for Rachel Marie Wilkins, ACNP, she did not provide proper care. She told us that everything was normal and discharged my mother while she was still in pain and very weak. She did not initially order a uric acid test to rule out gout; it was only done after I insisted. Later, when I reviewed the discharge papers myself, I found that the diagnosis showed calcific tendinosis, which was not clearly explained t

I was referred by honor health . Randy. Phlebotomy director from Honor health to go to emergency to get phlebotomy. I went to Banner Thunderbird emergency. Checked in stating I needed phlebotomy. I have polyphythemia. Banner checked me in room. Did my blood work. Dr. Stated it takes 1 hour to get results. However he would discuss results with my hemotology Dr. From Iron wood cancer clinic. I waited in the room 2.5 hours. The Dr. Never returned. A girl came and collected my deductible 90.00. said I was being discharged. An other hour went bye. I used the call button..no one showed up. Another 20 minutes or so. The left the pick in my arm. I left after being ignored for hours. Came home took the pick out. No answers. No doctor return. no discharge. Poor ethics. Poor service. Very sad

Normally they take really good care of me and my family, but I can’t believe what I experienced today. Went in with heart palpitations and other symptoms. Dr told me to tell them/a nurse if I felt the palpitations and I did! I told nurse patty who looked at the monitor and said “your heart rate dropped with that, I’ll tell the doctor” I then was moved to acute care in the ED, where they put me on a cardiac monitor and did another EKG, the kind lady who did my EKG not only ran it once, not twice but THREE TIMES, bc she the abnormal rhythm when my heart did the palpitations and told me “I’m running it again to get that weird wave” Only to read my chart from the doctor “Pt had no palpitations or ectopic beats while in the ER” COMPLETE LIE! Multiple people heard/witnessed my arrhythmias. I ev

I went to the emergency at 1:00 am my nose had been bleeding for 45 minutes, was totally pouring and wouldn’t stop. There was hardly anyone in there. People were coming in after me. They would take them in, before me. I guess my nose bleed wasn’t serious enough. They gave me some gizmo to put on my nose, to stop the bleeding. I bled for two hours. They didn’t do squat. I told them I have stage 4 kidney disease, anemia, low iron, low hemoglobin, high blood pressure. They could have taken a blood sample. They did nothing, but charged me $150.00 just to do nothing. What was the point to go in there. All they said is, go see your regular doctor.
