Very impressed! Short wait time. Immaculate facility. Front desk, nurses, phlebotomist and CT Tech were friendly, professional and skilled. Would have given 5 stars except Dr. Nathan Dvor was not very personable. Which I can deal with. We were concerned about my pancreas and gallbladder. He said he was ordering an amylase and lipase. Upon discharge he stated that my white count, amylase and lipase were all normal. However, when I looked at the labs to compare them to the previous test results performed elsewhere they were NEVER ordered hence there were no results. Not only was that one of the most important tests but, he lied to us twice. Dr. Dvor actions were both unethical and unprofessional. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the facility.

I want to start by saying thank you to the team who performed my surgery, they did such a wonderful job. I want to send a shout out to the two pre op nurses , one of them, I forgot her name , but she was the first nurse who placed the IV on me. She did a wonderful job and I appreciate everything that she did , her professionalism, her kindness and her contagious smile and spirit. Secondly, I want to send another shout out to nurse Stephanie. She is an amazing nurse as well and I appreciate her willingness to help me with the process. Thank you Stephanie for finding out my chart. To nurse Sonia, thank you for your sense of humor. You are such a nice human being and I enjoyed every single minute that I spent with you. I had a good laugh before I left the hospital. I want to also say than

Bethesda WEST is Awesome. Everyone is polite, welcoming and friendly. All staff is there to make sure you understand what is going to take place, how long your procedure will take and what to expect once you go home. I cannot praise this facility enough. Today was my 6st visit in 6 months, and the staff have always made my appointments as relaxing for me as they were able to.

I bought my partner to the ER. He was taken in immediately, had a CT scan and ordered.emergency surgery . The care in there was excellent. The care in ICU was amazing. The entire staff was wonderful. He got the best of care. Transferred to a regular room was not different. . We thank the hospital and its staff for the outstanding care .

Lurent was my nurse when they admitted me for sickle cell crisis and he’s one of the best nurses I ever had at this hospital. Very genuine guy and super friendly and chill. He’s always on time with my meds and he evens bring me my pain meds when it’s due without me having to call since he knows I’m in serious pain. He checks up on me often to make sure I’m okay and is fun to talk too. Even when I’m having pain and don’t feel like talking, he manages to make my day better. 12/10 Nurse if you get him you’re in great hands.
