Customer Reviews
Im here often and love the facility my 6 mos. Bloodwork goes by fast and easy
I was able to get an appointment with the urgent care clinic within 2 days. There was no wait time. The nurse who checked me in was friendly and thorough. I saw doctor Jade Meyers and she was so knowledgeable and kind. She listened to my complaints and did a thorough assessment. She came up with a good plan for me. I strongly recommend this clinic and Dr. Meyers.
Infusion and Laboratory... really need to research options. Why is one given an appointment if the actual start time is upwards of 2 hours later? If humanity won, there would be a process allowing for the cancer patient to be informed of when best to head their way. I've experienced this technology with Urgent Care. But instead, you're blatantly lied to and grateful to wait and receive any treatment to stay alive... no matter the cost or inconvenience. You'll see all of the puzzles about when you arrive. Yep, that's the first clue you've been lied to.
I had to go there for medical treatment. The staff was professional and friendly. The treatment of my ailment has been thorough. No complaints.
One of the worst doctor's offices I have been to in a long time but at least the doctor was nice. More then I can say for the front staff by far. They made an issue out of my insurance. They wouldn't help me with my insurance paperwork. To get my gas money back from my insurance. And to top it off, they make all their patients pay for parking and don't bother to tell you a head of time. So I didn't even have the money on me to get out of the parking garage. It was the second worst doctor visits I have had in a long time. Only second to the one that refused service during the appointment and I will be suing. Stay away from this location!!!
