The entire team from front reception, dental hygienist, dental assistant are quite professional, friendly and efficient. Dental X-rays, and other images are all digital. Dr. Alex Basti explained the initial overall dental health (much like a complete physical exam with a physician), and pointed to areas that needed work. Without mentioning this in my dental history, he noted prior tooth extraction for orthodontic work. One 40+ year old amalgam filling on tooth no.19 has shown signs of deterioration and needed a full crown. I was able to meet with him another day to discuss options, including preserving as much of healthy tooth structure as possible. I had to have some extensive dental work done and I was very impressed with Dr. Basti. Twice during the procedure, he encountered an unexpected problem and handled both very impressively. He was thorough and professional in both cases. He quickly resolved the problems, took care to make sure I knew what was happening and was conscious of my comfort throughout. His recommendations on the procedures were correct. The next day, there was no pain at all. Dr. Basti deserves more than 5 stores based on my experience.

Had an appointment with Dr. Carol Basilio and very compelled to write a review. Her chair side manner is TOP NOTCH! Not only is she pleasant but she takes the time to get to know you, explain her findings and suggest any dental procedures warranting attention. Extremely down to earth and welcoming! Not only is she a great dentist but also does teeth cleaning - a total package! Highly recommend Dr. Basilio!! Melissa at the front desk is wonderful also - a true asset to this dental practice and a reason that I am still there!! I went to Dr. Basti after he reached out to me on a Facebook neighborhood group chat. I was searching for a dentist who would give me a fair price on an implant procedure. I was previously given an astronomical price from my dentist & was so impressed that not only did Dr. Basti take the time to reach out to me personally, but it was followed by several of his patients letting me know what a fabulous experience they had with Dr. Basti’s office. I went for a consultation & was so impressed with him & his entire staff, that I started the procedure right there & then. I have absolutely no regrets. I give them a 10 star rating. I was greeted by everyone when I arrived. As I walked down the hallway everyone was smiling and said “hello”. The doctors assistant was very helpful with what was going to take place. I was having the first stage of a tooth implant, which I’d never had done before. The doctor kept me informed of each step, very gentle and before I knew it, I was done. I absolutely had a great experience and adore all of them!
