I feel like family here with Dr. Scott. Longtime client, more like friends when you trust your eyes and those of your children, in fact they still come here. Always dependable, and Shay really worked with me to ensure I utilized my insurance benefit. And they always know my name, and say it correctly. That means a lot y’all. I have referred many here, come check out this stellar practice, full of smiles!

I messed up and didn’t realize my insurance wasn’t accepted here only after scheduling an appointment. Not only were the staff incredibly kind, they also helped me figure out which insurance I have and gave me a referral to another eye doctor that accepts my insurance. They also gave me tips about my out of network benefits and the ability to privately pay for insurance. Asia was fantastic. I’m sorry I had to cancel my appointment today because this seemed like such a great office with a nice selection of glasses!

Anytime you go to a doctor of any form it’s not the most exciting part of your day. However, the eye doctor and staff at this location made my experience so enjoyable. Dr. Scott was most notable, with doctors nowadays in demand to see so many patients, actual attention to what you’re going through is very rare. Dr. Scott sat there and went through every single one of my concerns and actually cared. I 10/10 recommend this location.

The entire staff is amazing! I always receive a warm reception. From beginning to the end I am beyond pleased. Dr. Scott is amazing and informative. I can't say enough about Sharon and Shea. They take time to explain in depth what to expect with my prescription and choice of glasses. We all want a visit to any doctor to be personalized and feel at ease, that's exactly what the staff at Battleground Eye Care provides.

Every one of the staff is AMAZING!! Dr. Scott is the best there is! I’ve been coming here for years and every year the atmosphere, their professionalism, the kindness, and compassion continues to make this place a place you want to go for all your optical needs!! The young, the middle age, as well as the older generation will have the best experience!! They really do care and will help with appointments, choosing your new frames, or contacts! Their selection is phenomenal!! Great place and wonderful people right here!!
