I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office and will never return. I am a nursing student, and I even missed school due to severe tooth pain. I made an appointment and waited almost one month. On the day of my appointment, the receptionist told me the doctor could not see me because he had another procedure. She claimed they called me the day before to confirm, and when I said I had confirmed, she insisted I had not. This is not the first problem I have had here. Since childhood, my teeth have not been good, and I have visited many dentists. I have never had a problem with my jaw being stuck — until I came here. The office has many competent and experienced dentists of different specializations. Modern and cozy dentistry with friendly staff. I have been going to this office for 5 years. I have wonderful and warm impressions of their work. Dr. Poznyansky is very effective, punctual, respectful. I sincerely recommend this clinic to everyone.

My mom recently had a complex dental procedure at this office, and we are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care she received. Everyone was very attentive, kind, and treated her with the respect and compassion throughout the process. A special thank you to Dr. Daniel Roizman, Dr. Aminov, and Dr. Poznaynskii for their excellent care. Dr. Aminov, in particular, stood out for his professionalism, deep knowledge, and attentiveness to my mom’s specific needs. His assistant Lena was also wonderful—very gentle and kind, which made a big difference during a long and challenging treatment. The front desk staff, especially Tania, was always welcoming and helpful. The entire team made a stressful situation much easier and more comfortable for my mom. Highly recommend this dental office!

Made my appointment 2 months in advance because my schedule is very tight, the receptionist just called to confirm my appointment and I was scheduled for different day that I never asked to schedule. When I came for my last appointment I was not even scheduled at all even though I made that appointment in person and made sure I got it. The doctor is really good but reception employees don’t know how to do their job at all, I’m tired of arguing with them every time when they mess up my appointment and I’m loosing my time and money because of this. Never coming back to this clinic, complete mess.
