Baylor Scott & White University Medical Center

I've been inpatient for five days. Most of the staff have been great and have tried their best to help me be as comfortable as possible while I have been sick. I do have one complaint against this nurse named Ada. She has been rude and disrespectful to me the entire time. Monday, she screamed at me for having an episode of urinary incontinence and now I can only lay on one side because she said to keep my arm immobile. I think that is cruel and mean and certainly abusive because it causes me physical pain. All of the staff and care has been great, except for Ada.

This is my first time having to be hospitalized and dealing with Baylor Scott & White has been the worst experience ever. Their billing practices are predatory. Pricing for people with insurance is overinflated. I requested that errors on my bill be corrected and duplicate charges be removed, and they declined my request and sent my account to collections. Applied for financial assistance and was denied, even though I clearly meet the income guidelines. Shameful for a “nonprofit” hospital. I will never accept care from another BSW facility and will be filing a complaint with the HHSC asap.

I've been in the ER with chest pains for 3:00 and it is now 7:00 which is bulshit hospitall I've ever been in
