I have taken my 3-year-old son to this office twice a year. During both visits, the appointment consisted only of a basic brushing. The staff was friendly, and everything seemed straightforward. However, I recently received a call one day before a scheduled appointment informing me that the office no longer accepts my insurance — and that I have an outstanding balance of nearly $300 for previous visits. At no point during either visit was I informed that my insurance was not accepted. I specifically called ahead to confirm availability before scheduling the first appointment, and insurance eligibility was never brought up. If I had known they did not accept my insurance, I absolutely would not have proceeded with treatment. It is extremely disappointing and unprofessional that this was

My son Joe and I had an amazing experience at Bayville dental arts. From the front desk staff to our dental experience . The hygienist Vanessa gave me such a thorough cleaning. She was great and Dr Ingy was amazing and so professional herself. If I could give them a 10 star I would. Thank you to all.

Like so many people, I fear the dentist (usually until I am there). I also prefer female physicians and female dentists are difficult to find. Dr. Ingy was referred to me by a family member who not only raved about her, but her staff. She was not wrong. I walked in and was met by a lovely lady who smiled and told me everything I needed to know, including where the bathroom, coffee, and water was located. The waiting room smelled so good and was nice and warm with fun music playing. The office is decorated for the holidays and the TV screen had a cozy scene of a holiday cabin. I didn't wait for long before the dental assistant came to take my xrays. She was gentle and encouraging because, well, dental xrays can be uncomfortable! I knew I needed a lot of work done, and Dr. Ingy took her time
