Luis’s bodywork sessions are amazing. I leave feeling relaxed and hopeful despite several years of stubborn back pain. He provides direction on exercises or stretches that make sense for my anatomy and pain points without making me feel like I’m not doing the right things. He is very encouraging and positive. I leave feeling refreshed and have much less measurable pain in the days and weeks after my sessions.

Luis is an amazing and talented bodyworker. I’ve been going to him for years now and every time a new issue comes up due to working out, pregnancy etc he’s always able to help. The thing I’m most impressed with is his ability to help me feel almost immediately better after just a session or two. Although he’s never mentioned this, he seems to have a strong knowing or intuition of exactly what my body needs and how to help. I know he’s committed to continuing education and is always learning new techniques to add to his toolkit. I highly recommend!
