This new renovated place at their new location is so much better and so much more spacious than the place that they had before. The staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. Ratna Adepu, the Physiotherapist who has been treating me, has over 30 years of experience and knows what she is doing. I know that she knows my body and it’s ailments better than I do. I could actually see and feel the improvements over time. I have been to many massage therapists. But Michelle at Beacon Physiotherapy is the very best. I had my colon removed due to colon cancer in Feb 2025, with j-pouch connection done in September. I was experiencing a lot of incontinence and decided to try pelvic floor therapy. Heta and the team at Beacon are amazing and I've had incredible improvement. Highly recommend to anyone experiencing the same.

I have been to Beacon Physiotherapy twice for help with a knee problem. Last year, Heta helped me train my knee for a 416 km hike in Spain. She is amazing. Her knowledge and skill is topnotch. When I was training I had knee pain, but with her help I was able to continue training and complete my hike pain-free. This year I had to go back for help with the knee after starting a new sport. Heta's expertise is allowing me to continue with the sport by following her guidance and treatment plan. The physiotherapy assistants and other staff all work together to provide an entire team experience of care and comfort. Thank you all!
