Customer Reviews
My Father In Law had been in and out of Beecher Manor this last year. There is no such thing as a perfect nursing home and I know a lot of the staff are working long hours and the nurse to patient ratio can be hard. Plus I know personally I could never do what these folks do. We were frustrated at times for him, but 90% of the time we found caring compassionate people - they knew him by name when he came back and he was glad to see them. I cannot remember everyone’s name but Dee, Jan, Vicky, Vanessa, Judy, Clayton, Deaven, Palestine, Monique, and so many more were wonderful. So my apologies to anyone I forgot or if I spelled your name incorrectly. Unfortunately Dad passed away last Friday and even at that time this team took care of everything and even mourned with us and gave us hugs lik
My mother in law was there over a year. I can not say enough good things about her care. The staff was wonderful as was Providence hospice. The facility was always clean and inviting. She had been in another facility for a year and hadn't received anything even close to the care at Beecher Manor. Keep up the good work!!
August 30, 2025, I visited my sister at the Beecher Manor Nursing Home and once I got to her shared room, I was astonished! She was lying in bed with a bruised forehead, a neck brace, and padded cushions on each side of her bed. Next, her roommate was coughing uncontrollably, along with other residents. My sister is in hospice care there and I don’t understand how she was able to get out of her bed and fall. Staff is aware of her condition, she is unable to walk and has Dementia. I asked the charge nurse if she could be put in another room due to the illness of her roommate and was told the decision would have to come from the administrator of the facility. When my daughter and I arrived, there was only one chair in her room. Someone had removed her chair and we didn’t have a place for bo
I have been waiting for a custom wheelchair or information about one from April. She said she doesn't remember the care plan meeting "it was so long ago.". I have been waiting to review her and her rehab program. There is never any follow through and her demeanor is always don't ask me abs she doesn't want to be bothered with anything that has to do with my mom.
Everyone here is very nice and friendly! Everything is clean and staff are always working when huh walk down the halls. Therapists are all kind and work hard to help residents! CNAs are all very kind and attentive to my mom. Front desk, housekeeping, kitchen staff, maintenance are all friendly and pleasant to everyone.
