Staff is extremely friendly, great communication, and patient. They listened to my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed. I had to bring my son to my appointment and they were accommodating and understanding. Very family friendly.

My Mother has a dry eye problem. This was our first visit. Mom is 90+ with hearing loss. She was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by Dr. Lempp. Mom actually told me she liked Dr. Lempp and wanted him for all her eyecare.

Front office staff was great! Very friendly professional service. Optometrist was awesome! She made me feel comfortable and explained everything well. I recommend for all your eye care needs.

Spent $1,048 on a pair of glasses and was told they would be able to order them. Turns out that is not the case, and with funds locked up in the refund process, they may have screwed me out of the $1,048 as these were use or lose funds. Called about this issue, was told I would be called back to issue the refund to me, and they never returned the call, I had to physically show up to the location to get my refund.

I was brought in on.time at the appointment time. They examined my eyes and had a quick consult with the doctor and out in much less time than I expected. Just over a half hour. It was great. Thanks.
