Such an amazing experience! I’ve been coming here for more than 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The customer service is incredible and the service is always quick. Eunice and Bianca were so sweet and very helpful with any questions I had. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Highly recommend!🦷✨

Do Not Come Here I called on 2/17 to ask about getting dental work done. Before even verifying my insurance, they were trying to rush me in for x-rays and a consultation. We scheduled an appointment for 2/25 for a general consultation. During that time, I was trying to confirm whether they truly worked with Aetna. I texted them and received no response. I called, but the office was closed. I finally got in touch with someone on 2/24, and over the phone they told me that 80% of my requested procedure would be covered by insurance. When I arrived for my appointment, despite already having recent x-rays, they said those were not sufficient and that I needed new ones—which would cost additional money. At the end of the visit, they informed me that my implant and extraction procedures (wisd

0/5 stars. DO NOT COME HERE. I NEVER write bad reviews, but this office is a JOKE. They charged me 2k upfront +$89 per month for the next 12 months , (which I was okay with & I'm traveling to LB instead of Bellflower) My consultation was on 5/21/24 wait time was about 2.5hrs (again i was okay with and understanding) They told me that in 6-8 weeks my Invisalign would come in. After calling multiple times on a weekly basis I finally got them until Sep 5, 2024 (11 weeks later) They told me I would get a new set after a month, and of-course, they're giving me the run around with no appointment confirmed. They tell me they're going to call me back and they don't; so I have to keep calling to get results and they get annoyed because I won't stop calling. I used to have braces with them about 10

I came in today for myself and my daughter. Grace greeted us and was so kind. Dr. Heidi was amazing she helped me clearly understand my diagnosis and guided me through making a decision that is best for me.. Also, the dentist that seen my daughter was kind and compassionate towards my daughter whom normally has a hard time at the dentist. Lastly, Ms. Pam was very attentive as usually making sure everyone was seen and everything was going smoothly. I really love it here at Bellflower Dentist and there’s no other dentist I will trust with myself and my family.

Love the dentist, the atmosphere, the kindness and care that they provide made me finally get the dental work that I needed started. They made me feel very comfortable and secure in their services by the way they treated me. They took the time to explain things thoroughly so that I can make the right choice for myself. I really appreciate Bellflower Dental Group and highly recommend them.
