The office staff warmly greets you upon entering. It’s nice to see friendly customer Service in today’s world. My dental hygienist, Anya, was great to work with. She cheerfully explained her procedures and answered my questions, Her cleaning skills were flawless and gentle. Dr Patel performed my dental exam. He reviewed his findings in full detail without rushing to usher me out the door. Truly a friendly, elite-class dentist. This office serves as a model for all dental practices.

In the Lancaster area for medical treatment at Penn Medicine- Experiencing tooth pain & discomfort was very unsettling being away from home. I contacted Bender Dental with blind faith and they came thru providing excellent & compassionate care! My whole family is at this practice now. We have had only positive experiences with the dentists and hygienists, and on top of that, they participate with our insurances. One of my children had a decent amount of dental work done, and Dr. Ibrahim and Karina made him especially at ease. He experienced no pain or anxiety. The office is homey, the scheduling is convenient and accommodating, and the rapport between practitioners and patient is educational as well as kind.

This was my first time there. Went for a cleaning and check up. This was the most thorough check up I have ever had. Everyone is so pleasant. Made you feel very welcomed. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
