I was very impressed by the Administrator in her team. They were very professional. They answer all the questions that the resident had they made them feel very comfortable doing the transition. I am from a different company. I was able to watch them show compassion I was able to see how Safely they transported the residence and how comfortable they made them feel during the transition kudos to Bernard care and there team❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👌👌👌👌

Former contracted care provider. I saw things there that NO FAMILY WANTS TO KNOW WHAT GOES ON THERE!! Worst care facility I ever did contract care for and I’ve been to hundreds. I wouldn’t have put my former in-laws in there if it were the only facility in the country, and I couldn’t stand my in-laws! A stray dog is better off out on the streets than the residents are in this place. Worse than unacceptable for any living thing. Most of the employees there, I could only feel pity for. If I could give it a negative rating or a Zero, I would!

My Father and Stepmother were there and it was the worst experience. The management was very lax. It was always smelly. When we complained to management, they were always in defense, rather than trying to fix the issues. My Stepmother passed while there and we moved our Dad (had Alzheimer's) and his continence became much better. Wouldn't recommend worst enemy be placed there.

Full of flash truth and info, jo follow thru, very small room misleading information very poor care. Of love ones, extremely short of help some very good people but can't keep up with shortage of help, 👎 real Don or certified trained social worker. No follow thru on anything from the start. Very large corporations with mulitable location all with same lack of care. Due to.lack of help, training and resources. Had yo get help from voice to help. Never again 😒 with any of the locations. Promises never kept. Not the hard working employee fault, corporations has no follow thru, ...

This is a horrible facility! They do not care for their clients , and staff from janitorial up to the supervisors have terrible communication I would not recommend ANYONE send family here you will have problems . This place should be CLOSED!
