Incomprehensible lack of professionalism. I've been trying to get an appointment or refill for my high blood pressure for almost a month and they don't have the decency to pick up the phone or answer emails. How they're still in business is the bigger question.

Doctors are very nice, but the staff never answers the phone calls this is terrible they will answer and hung up immediately and never answer back.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.I have been going to this doctor for over 6 years. If you have an appointment be prepared to wait 2 hours before being seen . Regardless of the time. They over book themselves .The staff never picks up the phone, meanwhile their are always 3 women at the front desk. And when you tell them you need an appointment because you don't feel well its a month wait.The doctors are good but the communication is not if you get blood work done, the doctors never call to tell you about the results.They don't share the results with you via paperwork either. Over all they are all over the place , unprofessional and are in desperate need of a new front desk. If you are looking for a PRIMARY DOCTOR STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. Don't even bother calling they won't pick up.

This clinic deserves not even 0 stars , the amount of unprofessionalism that there is , is insane I can not believe this clinic exist . The fact that us patients call and they never answered when you walk in people discriminate you see all the receptionist gossip about the patients making us feel uncomfortable. Besides all that the manager is a total joke he comes outside and fights patients literally physical fight and that is very unacceptable I was there this week and a physical fight was performed by the manager with a patient I do not understand how a person with such anger issue is still working there and how this clinic is still in the medical business I do not recommend this to anyone . I feel very angry on the fact that this happens on a daily basis and nobody does not do anything

Once again this place doesn't answer i had to edit it again so horrible 😡This place never answer's there calls how do you even make changes on appointments or anything else the worst 😡
