If ZERO stars were an option, it would be an appropriate rating. The Beth Israel Lahey Hospital billing department is a nightmare. Shame on me, since this is my second horrible experience dealing with incorrect and inaccurate billing with this specific facility. NEVER AGAIN. Co-pays posted to the wrong account last time & this time it is even worse. Hours of my life lost on the phone without a resolution. Beth Israel Lahey Hospital billing, you should be ashamed at the level of poor & inaccurate service you provide. This is not a knock on the Providers at this location. The psychical therapists are very good.

I had services set up.. took the time to schedule out all of my PT appts that I was going to need.. My mother in law had an aneurysm so I happened to miss my initial appt Monday. Wednesday I showed up for my second appt and the receptionist informed me that they canceled all of my appts. She said, “ We have a lot of people that blow off their PT” I said, “Not all people. Some people make mistakes!” Not even the courtesy of a phone call before they canceled all of my appts. I am not at all impressed. Definitely will not schedule any future appointments with BID rehab.

The therapist's are amazing!!! Its the office staff, they are extremely rude and condescending. The number of phone calls and text messages is crazy.
