Transferred care from the BILH primary care needham to here at the beginning of the year. The front desk is always very pleasant and helpful during check in and check out process. Same goes for the medical staff as well. I work in healthcare so I understand how difficult it can be and they are wonderful.

i had to call for 2 and a half weeks to get my prescription refilled by dr.hatami. She has no availability and or time until ways ways out and for someone to have found a white lesion in my brain on my MRI and not follow up or make effort to contact me is actually insane to me. this office is almost impossible to reach, the hold time is over 30 min and sometimes they dont even answer....

My previous PCP has retired, and I needed to look for a new PCP. I am glad I chose Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care - Dedham. Every staff I encountered and interacted with was nice and friendly. The NP who reviewed my medications was very through with my medical history and made sure I was well taken care of until my PCP visit later this year. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a PCP.

This used to be a family friendly office. They USED to care about their patients. They no longer know you when you call. You can never get an appointment- the front desk staff is either rude or no emotion just matter of fact. They overbook. Scheduling my physical from last year was over a year wait and then 3 weeks before my appt they cancel - and leave me stranded. Saying there is nothing they can do. Two of their doctors leaving at the same time I wonder if they know it’s that bad too.

Terrible communication. I received multiple emails confirming an appointment with a provider. The day of the appointment, I got a call telling me that the provider was no longer with the practice. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that someone had left a message on my home machine. ABSOLUTELY FALSE. I called back, and the person I spoke to insisted that I’d been contacted despite my being able to prove otherwise. I had to scramble to find a PCP so that I could see one of my specialists- I had to settle for one out of my plan. I now have to pay a hefty bill due to the inefficiency and dishonesty of this practice. Avoid!
