The team was great! No complaints here! They were able to get both of my dogs in the same day, pricing is very affordable and even willing to work with you if that’s something is needed upon paying for everything. I will be returning to you guys!

My American Bully got a tick near his ear and I’m grateful that Bevlab Blue island was available right away. Shoutout to Dominic , Carina, Jessa , Angie, and of course Dr. Sturms ! My dog is a big strong guy and they were so thoughtful and intelligent in the way they kept my dog calm and the tick was out of there ! I’m grateful to have found a fantastic team !

I brought my dog to see Dr. Sturms after not receiving the care I wanted for him at my local animal hospital. At the prior animal hospital, I felt that staff were poorly informed, the doctor was not thorough, was minimally helpful, and patient care was not ideal. I also felt that I was not appropriately informed of many things. When I took my dog to see Dr. Sturms, the difference in care was like night and day. It was the best decision I could have made for my dog’s care. All the staff I interacted with were kind, informed, and personable. Dr. Sturms was extremely thorough, kind, and considerate. I’ve been bringing my dog here for years, and every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Maloney is incredibly knowledgeable and always so patient with my pup. The front desk team is consistently kind and helpful, which makes scheduling and checking out smooth and stress-free. The nurses are wonderful as well—our last two visits we had Stephanie, and she couldn’t have been sweeter! She never made me feel bad for asking a lot of questions and was so helpful throughout the process. The entire staff goes above and beyond. I also find their prices very reasonable, and I appreciate that they always explain what will be done before proceeding so I feel fully informed.☺️

I had another dog 8 years ago. He was sick and they took the time to explain to me about his care. Now I have a new fur baby and she wasn't feeling well. I had her for two weeks and she was shaking her head because of her ears and when I called her she wasn't responding to me. My heart was braking to see her suffering. I just lost both of my parents last year 4 weeks apart. I couldn't handle loosing her too. Bev-lab made sure my baby could get in to see the doctor very next morning. They found everything that was happening to her and gave her some medicine for me to take home and she started playing and she slept the whole night. I really love this place ❤️
