First time visit with my sick dog. I got an urgent care appointment the same day. We walked in, were put in a room right away, and saw the tech within 5 minutes of arrival. We saw Dr. Swatek and our Tech was Matthew. Both were very professional and caring and so was the front office staff. They explained everything in detail and gave me options and upfront pricing to make informed descisions and layed out future plans for further treatment. Pricing was very reasonable for the speed and the care. There was no push for unnecessary treatment or "trying to get money out of me". It is definitely a place that cares and does not judge or tries to make money of your sick animals. I think I finally found my forever vet. Thank you Binder Animal Hospital!

Watch asking about pricing and questioning anything about level of initial diagnosis and quoting process. Doc Michelle Thornbury Offered a $1500.00+ quote and really had a difficult time explaining what that entailed. This is without even lifting my dogs lip to even look at the teeth. So her ego was hurt when I asked how you know how to quote this. They said we were not a fit for their office based on these questions. Only vets that refuse service for asking questions have something to hide. No cooperate number posted and wouldn't provide one. A nurse told me she was the manager and that there is no one else to talk to. They are only good and compassionate when putting your dog down. My only other experience. Asked for a refund for initial visit since refused service. No comment. I really

We have been using Binder for our cats for 5ish years, and there can’t possibly be a better place! All of the veterinarians at Binder are amazing, as well as the techs. I have had some medical issues with two of our cats the past few months and they have taken the best care of them. I just can’t say enough positive things about this place!

Dr. Thornberry is sympathetic, very knowledgeable / educated call mom always on time and my dog is a new dog because of her Urgent Care recommended Dr. Thonberry after three visits to save on expenses and she is my Yorkie poo's new forever vet. I would highly recommend!! Laura Morrick

This was the absolute best vet experience I have ever had and the doctors, vet techs, and staff were super helpful, great at educating the owner, and so sweet with my pup. Everything is super well run and efficient. In previous pet urgent care experiences, my dog and I always had at least a 30-60 minute wait when we got there for an appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early and was seen 5 minutes before the appointment was to start. We had a simple case, but I didn’t think there was a chance we would leave within 35 minutes of arrival. Our doctor was great at answering our questions and provided clear directions for follow up care, things to watch, etc.. My boy Perennial had a great first vet experience and this will be our new vet from now on. I am so grateful and I just want to say to ever
