This facility failed to meet the high hopes my family had for the situation we were faced with. Staff provided conflicting statements, and personal items disappeared. I realize the service provided here is not easy. Thanks for the good things that were done for my family that I don't know about, but overall I regret using this facility.
They take good care of their patients.
