I was a patient of Dr Black for many years, he also saw my sons when they were young. My youngest son needed braces and other work which he referred me to an orthodontist and it worked out well. That was my only good experience. The person at the front desk was always problematic, the lady from years ago, I believe her name was Diane was the one and only decent (not good) front desk person. I needed a lot of work and Dr Black was cold and harsh with his prognosis of my teeth but I still moved forward and had him work on my mouth. As time when by I hated going to him, he knew I was afraid but he was rarely pleasant with me actually he was brutal sometimes. I knew I had to find another dentist, I stopped going. Shortly after COVID I had a bad toothache, he saw me at short notice, Dr.

Dr Black is honest, caring and very good at what he does. Kim at the front desk watched my toddler while I got my teeth cleaned, she didn't have to do that, thanks Kim!! I stopped coming for a while but so happy I'm back!

Responsive, kind, and straight to the point. Many thanks to Dr. Black and his team for squeezing me in at the last minute!! I've been a client since I was in middle school, but when I came back to visit PA after a few years, they were able to help with my xrays, cleanings, and some fillings! Thanks a million!! :)

I used to go here many years ago, lost insurance. This year finally got insurance back, my tooth was bugging me. Kim got me in within 3 days of calling, I told Dr.Black my plans of getting dentures and together we made a plan to get it done, as well as fill cavities. Dr.Black is AMAZING! He went above and beyond to make sure my teeth looked great. I couldn't have asked got a better dentist! He answered every and any question had whether it was silly or not.. bwsg dentist around hands down!! My teeth look amazing, snd im so glad to be able to smile again!!! Thank you Dr Black for giving me my smile back again! Will never go to any other dentist but Dr.Black!!!!

Receptionist extremely unprofessional! I call to schedule an initial consult with hesitation... before I could get any information about the practice and its services she asked for my insurance id. I had already confirmed the doctor was in network prior to my call. She remarked " you can say what you want, but they ain't gonna see you without insurance." As I reached for my purse to get my card, I asked again what type of services the doctor provided. She remarked sarcastically, "He's a DMD" as if that meant anything to a person who never went to dental school. If I was referred to this doctor, I would have immediately considered another due to his front desk. I will never know what this doctor can do.
