Blethen's Body & Soul Therapy

I moved to Elon 3 years ago and needed to find a lymphatic message therapist. I hit the jackpot when I found Christen Blethen!!!! She has helped me so much on my journey to better health after cancer!! She is there whenever I need her and is always willing to do her best to get me in!! She is a God-sent!!! Christen is the best of the best!!!!!

I highly recommend Christen! Her passion for providing relief and compassion for people go hand in hand with ensuring everyone walks away satisfied and well on their way to a healthy and rejuvenated state. My mother-in-law is also very pleased with her care due to her kind manner and efforts to make her feel comfortable at all times. She acknowledges that Christen’s outgoing personality makes you feel like you will be lifelong friends. She is truly grateful for how much the therapy sessions have helped her.

Christen provides a very relaxed environment and her technical training and skills are excellent. She helped me regain functionality when I had a frozen shoulder, due to a rotating cuff issue and whenever I aggravate my back, Christen knows exactly how to assist in the healing process. She truly cares about the well being of her clients and receives a five (5) star ***** rating from me!!!!!

Christen did an amazing job. She has the most beautiful spirit. When I left, not only did my body feel great but my spirit did also. I felt like a new woman inside and out!

This place is a personal sanctuary, and it feels like home! It's so relaxing, and calming. Christen is a very loving, and nurturing soul. She is so attentive with my needs and judgement free.
