Bloom Dental of Chesterfield - Dr. Crystal Joyce

Looking for a new dentist? You just found her!!Dr. Joyce and her staff are amazing. All my life ive hated and feared the dentist (bad wisdom tooth extraction in my teens) but Bloom dental has removed that fear! The office is a beautifully decorated house which immediately makes you feel like youre there to see a friend. Its quite relaxing. Dr. Joyce makes it clear immediately she doesnt want you to HURT, if you aren't numb enough she stops immediately and does another injection. Yesterday I had a broken tooth filled and felt NOTHING! Further, she saw I had some staining on my front tooth (also a filling she did) and she took the time to buff it out! Did she have to do that? No she didnt, but she wants me to be happy with my smile and that is priceless. Can't recommend her and her capable

Morgan (hygienist) Dr Joyce (dentist) were pleasant. They took time to listen to my concerns and participate in a positive conversation. Dr Joyce explained what she was going to do today and followed through with her plan. She also proposed changes for the near future on the follow-up visit. Dr Joyce and her staff are always positive. Ask her about 'pink' and watch her excitement. If you don't know, she loves pink. I highly recommend her.

Dr Joyce, your entire team is SUPER FANTASTIC! When I walk through the door.the atmosphere so quaint. Being greeted by Kristen & Heidy Is authentic, by the way I call and bug Kristen a lot and she takes care of me every time. Jodie Is the best hygienist, she cleaned spots that I didn’t know I had! Morgan is AWESOME SAUCE; she helped so much with my anxiety. Dr Joyce, you are a DELIGHT! I feel very fortunate to have found an EXCELLENT dentist, you are caring, gentle, and just AMAZING!

I had my first appointment at this practice today and can honestly say I am completely pleased with my experience. The reception staff was genuinely kind. The paperwork was not lengthy or repetitive information already given. The hygienist was excellent. While working with her I felt comfortable and informed. Then to top it off Dr. Joyce was great! My attitude towards going to the dentist has never been a positive one. However Bloom Dentistry has changed my outlook. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this practice. Thanks Ladies

The best experience I have ever had at a dentist. All of the staff were very nice. Dr. Joyce and her team obviously care very deeply about their patients and what they do. They were attentive to my needs and questions during my visit. They were all a wealth of knowledge as well and really explained things to me in depth and outlined all of my options for care. The world would be a better place if more medical practitioners of all kinds conducted themselves the way Bloom Dental does!
