Blue Mountain Care Center

Over the past couple of decades, my aunt, grandma, and father all spent the final days of their lives at the Blue Mountain Care Center. My mom currently lives at the Care Center. The Care Center has been a part of our lives for decades and I can speak for my entire family in saying that we are very grateful for this wonderful facility within our county. Our loved ones have not only received excellent care while living within the facility, but they have also been shown an abundance of kindness and love. I personally have spent a great deal of time within the Care Center and I have always felt comfortable and have witnessed firsthand the affection and care given to not only my loved ones, but to all of the residents. From before Mom was place in Blue Mountain Care Center to the present time she has received same consistent top notch care from Administrators, Nurses, CNAs, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen and the rest of the staff that I failed to mention. They are always upbeat, cheerful, loving, respectful, professional and caring each and every day. They have made a difference for Mom. I don't know what I would do without Blue Mountain Care Center employees. They are the best!!!!

These residents need justice!, Please if you have family here remove them or have this place looked into. All the residents are being abused in some way, for the love of GOD someone help them.

This facility had its peak in 2015 and has been going downhill ever since. I would never allow a loved one to live here. Staff drama is worse than high school. Housekeepers vape in residents rooms and all over facility. Management? What management? HR department is the worst I have encountered and do not properly investigate complaints. They also tend to hire locals as travelers and they get higher pay than their peers. Resident care is seriously lacking and borderlines abuse and neglect. Residents are unhappy and also complain about the facility/care but are left unheard. They have been reported. Treating humans like cattle and it is wrong.
