Bluff City Oral Surgery

OMG! Bluff City is wonderful!!! Not only are the ladies there ALL are professional, they also made me feel like family! They are welcoming and so so helpful, caring and supportive. I don’t remember all their names. I wish I could. I do remember Bonnie. The phone experience with Bonnie was smooth and calming. No problems at all. When I got in the office, Bonnie’ s personality was just the same in person…wonderful! I was greeted with a smile and a show of true joy that I made it there. Every single lady in that office was kind…and that is rare in any office. The service that Dr. Breit provided was top shelf. He was considerate of my fear and made me feel comfortable. He patted my shoulder and told me that he would take care of me and he did! The procedure was PAINLESS and quick!!! I thought

Dr. Swearengen and his crew were professional yet very warm and caring. I went for the sedation therapy because I have anxiety issues. I was made to feel very much at ease and went back for a second dental procedure. They were wonderful about working me in the very next week and that meant a lot because I was really in pain. I highly recommend Bluff City. They were thorough when explaining everything to me and very patient when I had questions. Thank you for the opportunity to share my very positive comments!

My husband urgently needed jaw surgery & a tooth extraction and Dr. Swearingen was able to get him in and perform surgery on him on short notice when no one else was able to. He was helpful, skilled, and kind. His whole staff was also incredibly kind and welcoming; I waited in the waiting room with my three year old & infant during the consultation and surgery and they were so sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. Cannot recommend more highly!!

I recently experienced an awesome visit at Bluff City Oral Surgery office for an implant, and let me tell you it was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I walked in scared and nervous, only to be greeted by warm and inviting staff who took care of me until I exited. I’ve had no pain, minimal swelling, just an overall great experience. Dr. Breit is AMAZING and leads a great team.His assistants are top notch.Thus office is a 10/10! Keep up the great work!!

My teenage daughter had her wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Swearingen. We had a great experience! They were able to get us in for consultation and procedure on the same day (we had a recent scan from a previous out-of-state dental office), which many other places that I called were not. The staff was amazing and very supportive. We're new to the state, with no family or friends here. I had to bring my special needs 6 year old with me, which means we were traveling with him in his large wagon, as he is too big for a regular stroller. Everyone, including Dr. Swearingen, were so accomodating and never made us feel like a burden even when we were all squeezed into the exam room.
