⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience at Body Specific I received a one-hour massage gift card and called Body Specific—Leah, the owner, set me up with Melissa. I’ve had many massages before, but never here, and my body was extremely tense. I needed this so badly! Melissa gave me a deep tissue massage, and the pressure was exactly where I needed it. I left feeling incredible—relaxed, and like so many knots were gone. Honestly, it made me realize how much stress I’ve been carrying and how important it is to take care of myself. It’s okay to pamper yourself every now and then, and this experience reminded me of that. Thank you, Melissa, for making me feel so much better! I’ll definitely be back.

I had the most incredible facial with Sarah at Body Specific! From start to finish, it was pure relaxation. She not only customized the facial perfectly for my skin but also gave the most amazing head, neck, and shoulder massage — absolute heaven! Her hands are strong yet gentle, and you can truly feel how skilled she is with every movement. My skin is glowing, my tension is gone, and I left feeling completely renewed. Sarah has such a calming energy and a true gift for what she does. I can’t recommend her enough!

Got my second 120min deep tissue massage from there. I went back because I loved the way my body responded to the massage and how loose it stayed. So now its going to be a maintenance thing 4-6x a year. I highly recommend this business and its employees for anything ive already done including chiropractic.

Mara is amazing! She has an incredible ability to find the troubled spots and uses just the right therapeutic pressure to relieve and release deep fascia tension. Every session leaves me feeling so much better. I would highly recommend Mara to anyone looking for truly effective, restorative bodywork!
